  1. Wonderful show Tabitha as always! Thank you! I too don’t use store bought toothpaste. I make my own using 50/50 baking soda and coconut oil. RBD coconut oil is fine to use for this recipe and inexpensive. I fill up a beautiful vintage apothecary jar with it. In conjunction I highly recommend Dr. Tungs dental floss. It’s the only brand I use. Also, Grapenuts cereal was my favorite growing up as well! I still love it and really miss the tasty crunch in whole milk however I won’t eat it anymore due to the poor commercial quality. You mentioned eating sardines from Italy in a prior show. I would be concerned about the authenticity of the olive oil used because Italians are notorious for sending countries fake olive oil. That small country doesn’t produce enough olives to supply the world so they practice trickery since olive oil is easy to fake. Only looking out for you. I buy sardines in water only. I also LOVE Polar brand kipper snacks which is delicious smoked herring from Germany.

Looking forward to your next show! Happy Thanksgiving ya’ll! I don’t like hearing this Friendsgiving business either! It’s even a capitalized smart word in my iPhone!

    • Thank you, always happy to hear the shows are appreciated. I too am a Dr. Tung’s floss user – I like the light cardamom scent (reminds me of Scandinavian baked goods). That’s a great topic for a show, olive oil authenticity as the industry is rife with fakery. I buy both the water and the olive oil versions of sardines and tuna as I like the different texture and cookery options. I could always preserve the water packed fish in top quality olive oil.

Indeed, Happy Thanksgiving – not friendsgiving!

      • I love the cardamom too! It’s perfect and I’d love to experience it in baked goods as well 😃 Great idea to pack the fish in high quality olive oil instead.
        Thank you for the reply!
