No Coffee Vanilla Latte`

2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
1 teaspoon maple sugar
pinch of Celtic sea salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of hot water
cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, for topping

Add dry ingredients to a glass blender and top with hot water. Buzz until white and foamy. Pour into mug and serve. Dust with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

  1. This was another great show Tabitha! You are professional, magnetic and engaging! I appreciate all of your shows immensely and learn many useful tips from you! I’m curious about trying the ant supplement for zinc. Currently I eat two smaller sized oysters a day for zinc. I also have a Staub cooking pot which I love! I have my heart set on their white pumpkin pot! Next, I’m very glad you mentioned the sagging of breasts and saggy face due to long term running as exercise! I will cease doing this since I was positively mortified at imagining this sagging happening to me! I recently bought a JumpSport bungee trampoline which I love and it is a completely versatile workout! The company provides a multitude of creative ideas on YouTube and Instagram to exercise every part of the body. I think I’ll buy some 2lb leg weights to use on it so I can step more on the tramp instead of bouncing away. I’m very grateful you shared the negative impact of running needless to say! Makes sense!
